These terms cover your use of ultimatebusinesssuite.com and our related pages. By using the site, you agree to them. If you buy a UBS plan, license, or service, the agreement you sign for that purchase controls that purchase. If these terms conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

What UBS is

UBS is business software for credit repair business owners. UBS does not provide credit repair services, legal advice, or financial advice, and it does not make any business compliant with the law. You are responsible for following the federal, state, and local rules that apply to your business.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any business, sales, income, or credit results. Testimonials on this site reflect individual customers’ experiences and are not typical or promised results.

Prices and usage charges

Current prices are shown on our pricing page and in your order. Phone, SMS, email, AI, and other usage-based services are billed separately at current UBS usage rates. Prices may change as described in your plan agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or UBS, including by sending messages without the consent the law requires, sending spam, breaking the law, interfering with the site’s security or operation, or copying or reselling UBS without a license that allows it.

Intellectual property

The site, the UBS system, snapshots, templates, training, and branding belong to Ryan Sounds Enterprise or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or resell them except as your signed agreement allows.

Third-party platforms

UBS is built on third-party software and services, including our underlying platform, payment processors, and phone and email carriers. Their outages, changes, and policies can affect UBS, and they are outside our control.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site.

Disputes

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes about a purchase are handled as set out in your signed agreement.
