Summary
UBS is a digital product delivered when your account, training, or license is activated. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. Your signed agreement controls if anything here differs.
Monthly and annual plans (UBS Core and UBS Elite)
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual term until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time by emailing support@ultimatebusinesssuite.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term. You keep access until then.
- We do not refund partial months or unused time on annual plans.
Lifetime licenses
Elite Lifetime, Non-Reseller Lifetime, and Reseller Lifetime are one-time purchases of a license and are not refundable once the license is activated or the system is installed.
UBS Care and Updates
Buying a Lifetime license does not enroll you in Care and Updates. You join only if you choose to. Once enrolled, it renews yearly until you cancel, and we send reminders 60, 30, 14, and 7 days before each renewal and on the renewal date. Cancel before your renewal date to stop the next charge.
Full AI Suite Build
Refund and cancellation terms for the Full AI Suite Build are set out in your Full AI Suite agreement.
Launch credits and usage charges
UBS Launch Credits have no cash value. Phone, SMS, email, AI, and other usage charges are not refundable.
Promotional and discounted purchases
A discount or promotion does not change these terms unless we agree in writing.
Billing questions and disputes
If a charge looks wrong, email support@ultimatebusinesssuite.com first. Most billing questions are resolved faster that way than through a bank dispute. We keep records of your agreement, purchase, account activation, and use of the service, and may share them with your bank or payment processor if a charge is disputed.
