Are phone, SMS, email, and AI included?
No. Phone, SMS, email, AI, and similar services are usage-based and billed separately at current UBS usage rates.
What is the UBS Launch Credit?
A one-time credit added when you start Core ($10) or Elite ($20).
What does Lifetime mean?
One payment for lifetime access to your UBS license instead of an ongoing subscription. Usage-based services are still billed separately.
Do I need Care and Updates to keep my Lifetime access?
No. Your Lifetime access stays either way. Care and Updates keeps live implementation calls, priority support, updated training, and eligible updates going after year one.
What’s the difference between Elite Lifetime and Non-Reseller Lifetime?
Elite Lifetime runs inside the UBS platform. Non-Reseller Lifetime installs the UBS system into a HighLevel account you own, and you pay HighLevel and usage costs directly. Neither includes resale rights.
Is the Full AI Suite included in any plan?
No. It’s a separate done-for-you build, and AI usage is billed separately.
